February 2008 – Hormel Foods chooses SIMUL8-Planner as their tool of choice for improving production scheduling operations at their Burke Foods facility.

April 2008 – Novelis Corporation concludes a replenishment-pull feasibility study at their Fairmont, West Virgina plant and opts to upgrade their current SIMUL8-Planner system with the recommended enhanced scheduling logic.

June 2008 – Novelis Corporation expands the current SIMUL8-Planner system at their Saguenay, Quebec facility to include automated scheduling of their caster and hot-end mill.
