We offer a comprehensive maintenance program with options to bring the service in-house as required. Our annual maintenance provides the following:

Any software upgrades
Free telephone/e-mail access to end-user support
Free telephone/e-mail administrative support
Small configuration requests, such as report writing, format changes etc

A support website café is also provided for each SIMUL8-Planner installation for users to ask questions, report bugs, identify problems. This website will also provide easy access to the latest system documentation, all related system files, and contact e-mails for maintenance purposes.

END-USER TRAINING
Implementation of SIMUL8-Planner includes a one-day end-user training course. This will introduce the user to all the necessary system imports, inputs, features & functions of the tool, the reporting, and exporting functionality.

Administrator training can also be provided to teach IT how to maintain server licenses, back-up schedules, modify system access levels, as well as potentially work as a front-line support to the end-users at the facility.
